As the life styles of people have changed, they take more number of junk food as their snacks but this not healthy one. They could meet many health problems like obesity and they could not able to work properly. But when the people add the fruits as snacks to them then they could not have this problem. The parents should give the children daily fruit so that they could stay healthy. Some children could not like to eat fruits, and then they can give them as fresh juice of the fruit. So that the children likes them, when the people prepare the fresh fruit juice they should try to add less amount of sugar in them so that it could avoid some common cold in them. The people should take the fruits like apple, grapes and oranges are very good to the health. They have the necessary vitamins that re needed to the body.
