Fruits
and nuts are very good for the people’s health. They shall take fruits so that they could get some vitamins and minerals to their body. The people sometime take the junk foods as snacks in their leisure time as they could avoid those foods since it’s very unhealthy to the people’s health. Instead of taking those foods, they shall take the fruits and nuts so that it could be very healthy food instead of the snacks. The children should be able to know the importance of fruits so that they take them regularly. Each day, they could have one fruit in the night or the evening so that their body is healthy. Some don’t like to eat fruits as they can try on the juice extract of the fruit as that is healthy too. Some take only one cup of fruit juice as their morning breakfast and it’s very good for their health and they can have a control over their body weight. The nuts are very rich in the fats and the people who are very weak in their health can take the nuts so that they could get the essential proteins and fats to have a good health. Thus, the fruits and nuts are very important one in the people’s health.
