The diet should have only the lower calories food. The higher calories foods are easily digestible one. There are people who the only work is to eat and they do not care about the diet. This makes them grow like giants. According o their work schedule the diet should be followed. The person who works in the office should not eat more because the body doesn’t have much work. The person who has works in the mines and workshops need more easily digestible food. The remaining calories in the food are stored as fat in the body, as the fat content increases the body gains weight. Many diseases are easily affected like the diabetics and dialysis.
